Doc`s Tavern in Ocean Park

The place was okay if you have low standards.. I would of enjoyed myself more if we weren't treated differently than the locals. Music was good and darts we're fun.

Love this place! Friendly people and gotta do the punch boards.

Great little local tavern. People are really nice and the bartenders are all amazing caring people!

The local crowd was very friendly! They have a nice fenced yard so you can bring your dog in. Nice atmosphere all the way around!

Great service, cold beer, best pool tables, dart boards, shuffle board & always a friendly smile.

Just a nice hometown bar .It is a working mans bar nothing fancy. Good beer ,great pool tables ,dart boards , pulltabs

Pull-tabs and punch boards were fun. Didn't win much but had fun.

Very friendly place, clean, good burger. Free parking, easy wheelchair accessible.

Not what it used to be you could tell we weren't locals we were pretty much ignored the whole time we set there in the middle of the day not like it was busy 10 years ago you could go in there the place was hopping people were friendly in the service was great my how things have changed

Love Doc's! Don and his crew are really friendly. A real beer bar. Shuffleboard and darts are a bonus. An Ocean Park must see.

This place is weird and great! Very friendly, plus old-timey legal gambling! You can win prizes like:- "a can of smoked oysters"!- "chicken or asparagus"!- "XXX"?- "ram cleaner"!- "1/3 LB beef patties"!- "planters peanuts"!- "doc's cap"!- "slot dog"!- "mixed goodies"!

Fun place where visitors and locals come together for a sparkling beverage or two. Great location to go to after the car show and getting that special ride put away.

It is what it is. Great little tavern. Beer and wine only. Bartender was great!

Kind of just a dive thats good for a cold beer. No hard alcohol. They only take cash.

Good place to have a beer and watch a game. Food service limited. Yes it's a cash only place, like many place at the beach, there is a ATM in it so no problems.

Food was good, staff was friendly. atmosphere is laid back and fun. Just wish they served liquor and not just beer and wine.

Always good company there, comfortable surroundings, plenty of games of sorts for entertainment and wonderful staff always there to greet you with smiles on their faces. One of my favorite places to go have a glass of wine...

If you are in Ocean Park and need a beer, wanna hang out or play some pool of shuffle board, there's no place better then Docs. This is a regular drop in for us when we are in the area. No real food here, basic cheap bar options but the drinks are good and the atmosphere is great. Go here for a drink and socializing, not eating. Oh and pull tabs....so many pull tabs!

We loved Docs! It is worth it to note that it is cash only. We went on a Fri and there was karaoke, which was fun. Pool tables are very nice and the cues are straight! There is also a good sized outdoor area. Bartender was on top of our drink orders and so sweet. Just a fun place all around!

I will warn you, this is not the place for everyone. However, if you like hole-in-the-wall bars that have great beer, good music, pool tables and darts, this place is perfect! The food is nothing special at all, but the bar and service are great!
